Host families and statue of liberty

So we woke up at like 6:45 and we were very excited because we were going to meet the American students. But first we needed to pack our stuff and have breakfast. Around 9:30 we met the Americans and we went in a schoolbus to the ferry, which lead us to the statue of liberty. We had beautiful weather so we could see the skyline, which was really pretty. After that we went to Ellis Island and we ate lunch. Then we went back with the ferry and a bird was flying with us. Some people were throwing food into the air and he caught it, which was funny to see. After that we went with the schoolbus to Mountain Lakes High School. From there we met our hosting families. Some people went out to dinner and other people just ate at home. After that some people went to eat ice cream. We think most of the people went to bed early, because we were so tired. It was a very nice day!
